You don't need to bring anything except yourself! The portrait studio is fully equipped and there are refreshments on hand so all you need to do is turn up. However, some people do like to bring a change of outfits to add variety to a photography shoot. This is fairly essential for modelling portfolios but not really important for family or children's portraits.
There are a number of items which can make your portrait stand out as being very personal and unique - for example, some people have previously requested to be photographed along with their guitar, a cowboy hat and holster, bouquets of flowers, cheerleaders' pom-poms... the list of potential props is endless!
Ladies may wish to bring a few items of make-up in case of emergency "touch-ups" between shots. There are combs, tissues, a full length mirror and wash basin provided in the changing area.
In the case of young children, a favourite toy is often invaluable so you may wish to bring one along for the photography session. Please also read the section on babies and children to help you prepare for their portrait shoot.
